Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we ship within Canada, the United States and many European countries.

What are your shipping options and costs?

  • Your socks will be shipped out within two business days.

  • The shipping cost varies depending on the weight of your order and the destination. We strive to have the most affordable shipping costs for all destinations. Below is a rough estimate of the shipping cost based on the dollar amount of your order (could be slightly more or less depending on preferred rates from Canada Post and UPS):

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Shipping to the United States can take 6-10 business days. Shipments to Europe can take 2-3 weeks.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email. If you have selected a trackable shipping service, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website. If you selected NO TRACKING, NO INSURANCE, this is the most budget-friendly option available for Canada Post, where there is no tracking or insurance on your package.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

  • To return or exchange an item, please send us an email at [email protected] for instructions and a return authorization number.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used, sale or seasonal items.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for unused and unworn items in their original, unopened packaging.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
